Spring Gardens and Japanese Gardens
I made the most of the Spring weather this month and went to visit some lovely parks and gardens with a friend. Spring will always be my favourite time of year that I look forward to the most for photography because of the flowers and blossom trees. One of the gardens we went to was Wakehurst Gardens in Sussex, they have Rhododendrons each year, April and May are the best months to see them in full bloom. Their Rhododendron display was stunning and so pretty, when we saw the display we were excited and did not expect to see so many flowers.
We also enjoyed visiting Kyoto Japanese Gardens at Holland Park in London. They are one of the gardens I have always wanted to visit, when we got there I was not disappointed. Kyoto Gardens are one of the most beautiful gardens I have been to in London, everywhere you turn is a picture. I used my Nikon D300s camera, Nikon 18-105mm and Nikon 105mm F2.8 Macro lenses to photograph Wakehurst Gardens and the Japanese Gardens.
