National Pet Show 2016I went to the National Pet Show at Birmingham NEC this month, it is a great event to go to as there are always a variety of demonstrations which makes it more enjoyable each year. One of the things I enjoy the most about photographing the show is their dog displays and the opportunity to meet some beautiful cat breeds. There are always fun performances to watch, this year Lucy Heath and Trip Hazard from Britain's Got Talent http://www.uksuperdogs.com and Rachael Grylls and her Jack Russell Jack took part in Superdogs Live. They are both talented and it shows in their performances how much they enjoy training dogs and performing. One of the lovely dog charities who had a stand was Manchester and Cheshire Dogs Home where you could meet dogs who have found homes through them http://www.dogshome.net/ For more information on the show please visit their website http://www.thenationalpetshow.com I used my Nikon D300s camera, Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 and Nikon 24-70mm F2.8 lenses to photograph the National Pet Show.
